Gannon's Kyle Goldcamp didn't play against IUP Saturday, but his mere appearance was definitely a spark for the Golden Knights. Word is the team bus roared when Goldcamp showed for the ride to Indiana. On the floor, GU came up with a tremedous effort in ending the Crimson Hawks 12-game win streak.

Former St. Bonaventure star hoopster and Mercyhurst College basketball coach Billy Kalbaugh was a guest on the Sports Blitz last evening, Kalbaugh and his family living in Greensboro, NC. He was one of the classiest coaches to ever patrol the sidelines in Erie. He works for "Coaches For Cancer."

Joining me on the Blitz tonight will be Bob DiBiasio, Vice-President of the Cleveland Indians. He will be on at 5:10 p.m.

The Gannon-Urbana basketball game will be aired this evening, air-time 7:20 with Sean Amiaccuci and myself. The BayHawks-Dakota contest will be aired on our sister station WJET 1400.

With the Browns losing Thursday, the Steelers and Bills completed the negative sweep for the locals by losing, New England 20 Buffalo 10 and Colts 24 Steelers 20.
